I began practicing yoga for the first time with Paula in January. Yoga with Paula is yoga in its purest form.  I am an ongoing student of yoga with Paula since 2018 and with no exaggeration I have found it a truly been a transformative experience not only physically but mentally. From the very start I felt welcomed with patience and kindness into a calm, safe and supportive space that prioritised both my physical and mental well-being. The integration of meditation and mindfulness into our practises taught me how to connect with myself on a deeper level. Skills I now use in my everyday day life to manage my work and life stress. The guided relaxation techniques are incredibly soothing and leave me feeling recharged and relaxed. What I appreciate most is how Paula encourages self-awareness—not just in body movement, but in breath, thought and emotion as well.
